Sent some NEAR tokens to an external wallet/exchange but haven't received them there.

Tips for troubleshooting when NEAR tokens haven't arrived at an external wallet or exchange.

Once you decide to transfer funds to an external wallet or exchange, you need to follow these conditions:

  1. Make sure the token you are sending via a specific network is supported by this exchange to avoid loss of funds. For example, most exchanges only support native NEAR coins, but any transaction of USDC via the NEAR network will not arrive at an exchange and funds will be lost;

  2. Your account must be activated to execute any transaction. To activate your wallet, deposit at least 0,1 NEAR, you can find the guide here;

  3. The address you send tokens to must be either a 64-digit one or custom near address (.near).

    When funds are sent, you can find the transaction in your dashboard. Please click on your transaction.

    Once you found your transaction on the Explorer and it says that the transaction reached the destination, but the funds weren't received, please contact the destination wallet/exchange support team.
