Please be informed that your new .near address has the same private key as the funding address. Thus you can easily recover your funding account and withdraw your tokens to the main wallet.
To recover $NEAR sent to the funding address after you created the account, please follow the steps here.
This will load your funding address into the wallet. You can then select it by changing the account in the upper right corner and send the extra NEAR to your .near account.
