1- Go to https://app.mynearwallet.com/create and enter a custom address to identify yourself on the NEAR network.
Make sure the address you choose meets the requirements and is not already taken by someone else. Repeated IDs are not allowed.
2- Choose a security method. MyNearWallet is non-custodial, which means that you have exclusive ownership of your private keys.
These keys are your gateway to your cryptocurrency holdings and serve as proof of your ownership of the funds. You can choose between a new 12-word seed phrase or your Ledger device.
If you choose a seed phrase, make sure to keep all the words in their proper order in a secure place where only you have access.
Then check if you have saved your secret phrase correctly and click on complete.
If you choose the Ledger option, simply connect your device, follow the instructions, and click on "Continue."
Also, If you want to connect through advanced options, specify an HD path to import linked accounts.
3-Fund your wallet. Choose an existing account you have or import it if needed, and click on "Next."
4- Approve funding transaction.
Congratulations! Your MyNearWallet is now created, funded, and ready to start operating in the NEAR ecosystem. Remember to keep your private keys secure and make backups of your seed phrase to ensure the safety of your funds.
