When you normally log in to your MNW and come across the initial interface, the first thing you will see besides your balance and functions is the 'Collectibles' section.
In this section is where you store your NFT's, which will be sorted in alphabetical order according to the name of the collection.
By clicking in the collectible, you will be able to transfer the NFT to any NEAR account you wish.
