# I have sent my tokens to the wrong address, what can I do?

NEAR team has no control over wallets and tokens on the blockchain, and cannot restore tokens sent to a wallet that is not yours.

Please mind that NEAR Wallet is non-custodial, thus NEAR Team has no control over wallets and tokens on the blockchain.

If your tokens were sent to a wallet that is not yours (you don’t know the private key of this wallet), **we cannot restore them.**
